The Styled by STEM Ambassador Program is designed for students who are passionate about STEM, leadership, service, and making a positive impact in their schools and communities.
As an Ambassador, you’ll serve as a role model for your peers while helping promote the mission of Styled by STEM through community engagement, outreach events, leadership opportunities, and STEM initiatives.
Whether you’re just beginning your STEM journey or already have a passion for science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, we want leaders who are excited to learn, serve, and inspire others.
Who Can Apply?
The Ambassador Program is open to students enrolled in Styled by STEM who demonstrate a commitment to leadership and personal growth.
Ambassador Divisions
- Little Innovators: Kindergarten–2nd Grade
- Future Leaders: 3rd–5th Grade
- Rising Changemakers: 6th–8th Grade
- STEM Scholars: 9th–12th Grade
Each division participates in age-appropriate leadership activities, community service, and ambassador responsibilities.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be enrolled in Styled by STEM or an approved partner program.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Show respect, integrity, and responsibility.
- Maintain consistent program participation and attendance.
- Be willing to represent Styled by STEM at events and community activities.
- Commit to serving as a positive role model for younger students and peers.
- Have parent or guardian approval (for students under 18).
Previous leadership experience is not required. We believe leadership can be learned and developed through guidance, mentorship, and experience.
Ambassador Expectations
- Represent Styled by STEM professionally at school and community events.
- Welcome and encourage new participants.
- Assist with STEM Saturdays, workshops, and special events.
- Participate in volunteer and community service projects.
- Promote kindness, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning.
- Help share Styled by STEM opportunities with classmates, families, and community members.
- Attend ambassador meetings, trainings, and leadership development sessions.
- Uphold the values and mission of Styled by STEM at all times.

Selection Process
Our Ambassador selection process is designed to identify students who demonstrate enthusiasm, character, and a desire to grow as leaders.
- Submit an online application.
- Receive parent or guardian approval (if applicable).
- Complete review by the Styled by STEM leadership team.
- Participate in an Ambassador Orientation.
- Receive official acceptance and induction into the Ambassador Program.
Selection is based on character, commitment, leadership potential, and enthusiasm—not academic performance alone.
